I've always been fascinated by buildings, particularly the historic properties that give Portsmouth and Southsea their character. From Victorian terraces to coastal apartment blocks, every property has a story and its own maintenance challenges.

Over the past 15 years, I've worked across property valuation, property management, quantity surveying and construction. That experience has helped me understand not only how buildings are built and maintained, but also how property owners make decisions about repairs, budgets and long-term investment.
